Trails: 60 miles of trails are open to hiking along the
Delaware River in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Appalachian
Trail passes along the New Jersey side of the park. Pocono
Environmental Education Center has 13 miles of hiking trails.
Access fee: Recreation fee is charged for access to
certain facilities

Trails hiked: I've hike up the mountains on both sides of
the Gap. These are short (3 miles or so) but fun hikes. The AT
goes right through the area. There is also great caneoing. I'd
say this is the best trail system within a reasonabe drive of the
extended "philly" region for a day hike.
