Trail Name: Merck Forest I have hiked there: Several I last hiked there in: June, 2003 Trails that I hiked: Gallup, McCormick, the ski trail, Lourie Trail, Silviculture trail and more Favorite trails: the ski trail to Mt. Antone Best time to go: All seasons, snowshoes and cross country skis helpful Trail marking: Very good Trail maintenance: Fair Rating: 4.5 stars What I liked: The scenery is beautiful, there is enough varied terrain that I can bring friends or family with me and find a trail comfortable for anyone. Also on my way out I can stop by their organic farm and get fresh eggs and organic salad mix. Also my dog loves that there is water near most of the trails. What I disliked: Comments: I recommend going to the farm and checking out the wind turbin on the property. Submitted by: F. A. from: Vermont Date submitted: June 8, 2003
