Modern cabins are either one- or two-bedroom models, have all the modern conveniences and cost $250 to $350 per week. Rustic cabins sleep two to eight people and are equipped with stoves, refrigerators and fireplaces, but no indoor plumbing. Rustic cabins are only available part of the year--except in four parks where they are rented year-round--and cost between $100 and $250 per week. HostelsMost hostels are affiliated with the Pennsylvania branch of Hostelling International. Rates are as of 2001 per person for HI members. Nonmembers are charged about $4 more. Hostels generally do not provide linens, blankets or towels.
