Trail description: 30 mile rail trail runs north-south from Greenville to Edmore in Montcalm county of central Michigan. The trail then turns east and runs to Riverdale.

What I liked: Wildlike is abundant and people are so friendly. It is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon
What I disliked:
Comments: There are designated parking areas in Sidney, Stanton and McBride. At Greenville at Lake Road, there is only room for one or two cars. There is a Campground just about 1/2 mile from Lake Road. There are restaurants in Stanton and McBride. The only portajon along the trail is at Stanton at the parking area.

My favourite sections of the trail: The Fish Creek run south of Stanton
Best time to go: Spring and Fall flowers
Trail marking: Very good
Trail maintenance: Very good

What I liked: the trail runs through some prime wild flower and wild life areas; lots of sightings of sandhill cranes, bluebirds and a great variety of other fauna.
What I disliked: It will be a truly wonderful trail when the entire 41 miles from Alma to Greenville is paved.
