Trail description: The Polly Ann Trail is a rail trail that runs 34 miles along the corridor of the former P.O.&N. (Pontiac, Oxford and Northern) railroad, nicknamed the Polly Ann. The trail runs from Kings Mill south to Lake Orion where the the Paint Creek Trail continues south to Rochester. Twenty miles of the Polly Ann Trail in Lapeer County is managed by the county. The remainder is in Oakland County and operated by the Polly Ann Trailway Management Council.

Getting to the trail: Lake Orion is about 10 miles north of Pontiac, Michigan. The southern end of the Polly Ann Trail is a couple miles west of the northern end of the Paint Creek Trail near Lake Orion.
