Trail description: Three trails are located in the Traverse City area:
Leelanau Trail runs 15 miles north-south between Traverse City and Suttons Bay. Part of the trail is paved, the rest is gravel.
Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) runs 10 miles east from Traverse City to Acme.
Vasa Trails 18 miles of loop trails with a natural surface suitable for mountain biking and cross-country skiing.
