Trail description: 40-mile multi-use trail is partially upgraded
Access fee:
Towns along the trail: Willmar (pop 18,000), Spicer, New London, Hawick

Trail map: Available from the DNR and on their website
Trail surface: Paved for 12 miles between Willmar, Spicer, and New London, gravel for 6 miles from New London to Hawick. Another 20 miles on the north end is yet to be upgraded and may not be passable.
Designated activities: Bicycling, walking, inline skating, horseback riding (on a separate treadway), snowmobiling
Facilities on the trail: Rest stops are located at several points along the trail
Points of interest: The many lakes in the area were created 10,000 years ago by melting glaciers.
Lodging: Plenty of choices in the region
Camping: Sibley State Park, a few miles west of New London, has 134 sites
