Trail description: Three adjacent trails are considered part of the Willard Munger Trail even though they are completely separate:
Hinckley-Duluth segment is a paved 63-mile multi-use trail beteen Hinckley and Duluth.
The Boundary Segment is a natural surface trail that parallels the Wisconsin border for 80 miles.
Alex Laveau Memorial Trail 16 miles from Carlton through Wrenshall into Gary-New Duluth, 10 miles are on-road, six miles are paved trail.
