Sections that I biked: I have biked from Stanely to Canandaigua. I have also biked from Stanley to Flint
My favourite sections of the trail: I love Flint creek in the fall. It is so beautiful and peaceful while watching the goldn and red leaves drift down into the water.
Best time to go: Autumn when it is not too hot
