My favourite sections of the trail: All the trail is similar and uneventful, aside from a passing train across the creek from the path or sporadic wildlife.

What I liked: Surface is outstanding and upkeep is premier. This site needs updated, however, Accomodations in Oil City are pathetic. The one hotel here is poorly maintained an incredibly expensive (owned by Rushi Hospitality). Better yet, they are building a Comfort Inn in Titusville.
What I disliked: Nothing too exciting or breathtaking.
Comments: What I mentioned previously...Venago County offers more trails. One in Oil City extending to Franklin, then connecting with a trail near Astral Road outside of Cranberry and continuing on to Van and Emlenton. An incredible LONG and scenic ride...with an awsome expansion bridge over the Allgheny River.
