Trail description: 60-mile rail trail from the Osaugie Trail in Superior to Ashland (shared with ATVs). The Osaugie Trail runs 5 miles along the lakeshore of the town of Superior.

Towns along the trail: Superior (pop 28,000), Iron River, Ashland (pop 8,700)

Trail surface: Osaugie Trail is paved. Tri-County Trail is gravel surface.
Designated activities: Bicycling, walking, inline skating on the Osaugie. Mountain biking, walking, ATVing on the Tri-County.
Facilities on the trail: In Superior and Ashland
Points of interest: S.S. Meteor Maritime Museum, a whaleback freighter, in Superior. Wisconsin Point in Superior has birdwatching and miles of sandy beaches. Amnicon Falls State Park has a series of waterfalls and rapids. South Shore Brewery in Ashland.
Lodging: Superior and Ashland have several choices of accommodation.
Camping: Amnicon Falls State Park offers 36 sites. Wanoka Lake Campground in Chequamegon National Forest
