Trails: Mineral Creek has about 36 km (22 miles) of trails groomed for cross-country skiing (skating and classic) by Valdez Parks and Rec. There are also many backcountry skiing opportunities in the Valdez area. Several guide services offer heli-skiing and backcountry lodging.
Trail fees: No charge, but season pass helps support the trails (purchase pass from Valdez Parks and Rec)
