Trails: Northstar-at-Tahoe ski resort has 40 km (25 miles) of trails that are groomed for cross-country skiing, both classic and skating. The trail fee includes use of the Big Springs Express Gondola and the Village Express Quad Chairlift.

The nordic trails are accessed by taking the Big Springs Express Gondola to the Cross-country, Telemark and Snowshoe Center midway up the mountain.
