Trails: At Tahoe Cross-country Ski Area 65 km (40 miles) of trails are groomed for cross-country skiing (classic and skating) by the non-profit Tahoe Cross Country Ski Education Association. Half the trails are rated Intermediate, 20% Beginner and 30% Advanced. There are two trails for skiing with your dog.

Location of trails: The Tahoe XC center is about 4 miles northeast of Tahoe City. Take Highway 28 northeast for 2.5 miles, turn left on Fabian Way, right on Village Road, left on Country Club Drive then continue to 925 Country Club Drive.
