Trails: At Hope Valley approximately 96 km (60 miles) of marked ungroomed trails are available for cross-country skiing. The elevation is 7,000 feet so there should be plenty of snow.
Trail fees: No fees or Sno Park pass required but donations are accepted.

Weather forecast: South Lake Tahoe Location of trails: Hope Valley Outdoors center is about 20 miles south of Lake Tahoe near the junction of Hwys 88 and 89. Sorensen's Resort is one mile east on Hwy 88. Check the road conditions at CalTrans before leaving.
