Trails: The Balsams Wilderness grand resort offers 85 km (52 miles) of trails that are groomed for classic and skating cross-country skiing throughout their 15,000-acre private estate. Most of the trails have double classic tracks and a skating lane. About 1/3 of the network is rated Easy, 1/2 is More Difficult and the remainder Most Difficult.
