Location of trails: Connetquot River State Park Preserve is located on central Long Island, about 50 miles east of New York City. Take the Southern State Parkway east to Exit 44, then go east on Sunrise Highway (Highway 27) to Exit 46. The Preserve is located on the north side of Sunrise Highway, just north of the exit.
