Location of trails: Black Creek is located at 3835 Union Street, North Chili. Durand-Eastman Park is located in northern Rochester Durand-Eastman on the shore of Lake Ontario. Mendon Ponds Park is at 95 Douglas Road, Honeoye Falls, about 10 miles southeast of Rochester. Northampton Park is at 304 Salmon Creek Road, Brockport, NY.
