Trails: Mount Hood Meadows Ski Resort grooms 15 km (6 miles) of trails for cross-country skiing, and there are also some backcountry trails. The nordic center is open weekends only.
There are also 6.5 km of trails at Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. The center is open 7 days a week.
Trail fees: XC skiiing: Adults & teens $10 (winter 2009-10) and Sno-Park Permit. MHM pass is also good for Cooper Spur.
