Trails: Willamette Pass Ski Area grooms 20 km (12 miles) of trails for cross-country skiing in the Willamette National Forest. The resort is open weekends and holidays only. There are also several backcountry trails accessed from Gold Lake Sno-Park. Six trails are rated More Difficult to Most Difficult. One trail follows the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail for a few miles before looping back. Backcountry tails are patrolled by Willamette Backcountry Ski Patrol.
