Trails: At Salt Creek Summit Sno-Park/Ferguson Ridge Ski Area 30 km (18 miles) of backcountry trails are designated for cross-country skiing adjacent to the Eagle Cap Wilderness. Ferguson Ridge is a family-oriented ski center established in 1939 by the Eagle Cap Ski Club. The nordic branch of the ski club has developed and is grooming a trail between the ski area and Salt Creek Summit.
