Trails: There are trails at five different locations in the Allegheny National Forest, but only the Laurel Mill Cross Country Ski Trail is groomed.
Also within the national forest is Chapman State Park with several groomed loops, toilets, warming hut, ice skating, sliding hill, and is the site of Warren County Winterfest. Head west of Ridgway on Main Street. The parking area is clearly marked on the north side of the road, and the trails are on both sides of the road. Deer Lick is east of Sheffield. Hearts Content is just west of Dunham Siding. Westline is south of Marshburg. Brush Hollow & Mill Creek are east of Highland. Chapman State Park is southwest of Clarendon.
