Trails: NorthWoods Stewardship Center has 30 km (18 miles) of trails available for cross-country skiing, some of which are groomed. This not-for-profit sustainable living education center was formerly known as the Vermont Leadership Center. The Kingdom Classic Wild and Woolly Ski and Snowshoe Race (and chili cook-off) is scheduled for late February.

Location of trails: NorthWoods Stewardship Center is located about 27 miles northeast of Lyndonville. Take VT 114 about 20 miles northeast, turn left on VT 105, then go a few miles northwest to Ten Mile Square Road and head east to the center's access road.
