Times that I have skied there: A few times
I last skied there in: Jan, 2000
Trails that I skied: the whole thing
My favorite trails:
Trail marking: Very good
Trail grooming: Fair
Rating: 4.5 stars
What I liked: Great layout, easy to ski in segments. Half day trips are very doable. Nice wilderness like setting. Mostly uplands
What I disliked: some of the areas get quite windy.
Comments: Watch out on the approaches to the fire roads. They are usually abrupt declines with large plowed snowbanks at the bottom. I broke a fiberglass ski once when I came down one of these and my ski straddled the plowed embankment.
