Trails: At Timberland Hills 25 km (15 miles) of trails are groomed for cross-country skiing (skate and double classic lanes) by the Cumberland Area Ski Touring Association. A separate 2.5 km lighted trail is located 1.5 miles down the road at Timberland West.
Trail fees: Donations to help support the grooming can be placed in boxes at the trailheads (winter 2009-10).

Location of trails: Timberland Hills ski center is about 12 miles north of Cumberland. Head 1 mile north on US-63, turn west on 24 1/2 Ave/County Highway H, continue for 11 miles to Boyd Road. Timberland East is half a mile east on Boyd Road. Timberland West lighted trail is about 1 mile south of Boyd.
