Trails: The Lakewood XC Ski Club grooms 22 km (13 miles) of cross-country ski trails by snowcat for classic and skate technique. The trail is mainly linear with a couple of loops at each end. The degree of difficulty increases from Novice at the south end to Expert at the north.
Trail fees: Donations needed to support trail maintenence and grooming can be made at trailhead (winter 2009-10)

My favorite trails: Great woods, nice hills in km 16-20 at north end of trail

What I liked: Great northwoods, groomed well for classical and skating with Pisten Bully and other equipment.
