Trails: The Jones Spring Trail provides 18 km (11 miles) of cross-country ski trails that are groomed by Nicolet National Forest. The four loops vary in degree of difficulty from Easy to Expert.

Location of trails: There are five accesses to the Jones Spring Trails. One traihead is about 5 miles southwest of Townsend on Highway "T", then west on Fanny Lake Road (6 parking spaces). Other parking lots are on Saul Springs Rd (Rd 2336), Setting Lake Rd, and Sawyer Lake Rd (Rd 2293).
