Trails: 20 km of trails are groomed for cross-country skiing (skating and classic), including 4 km lighted for night skiing. Hosts the Norseman Challenge XC Ski Race in mid-February. The center is open only on weekends.

What I liked: Gorgeous trails, especially at night - 4 miles of lighted trails.
What I disliked: Perhaps a few too many cross over trails and it can be slightly confusing.
Comments: The trails are 100% volunteer maintained. A very close-knit, friendly ski club. The locals are committed and it shows! Also fun to watch the ski jumping program.

What I liked: The trails are very challenging, being located in a glacial area. Also, the trails are groomed with a piston bully trail groomer, which makes them superb. The night skiing is wonderful.
What I disliked: They aren't so good when there's no snow.
Comments: There are 5 ski jumps.
