Trails: There are 30 km (18 miles) of trails groomed for cross-country skiing in the Pinedale area and at the White Pine Ski Resort. A couple of Beginner loops are located at the resort. Several Intermediate loops are lower in the valley and a couple Advanced loops are above the Beginner loops. Plenty of backcountry terrain can be found nearby and in the Wind River and Gros Ventre Mountain ranges, though Avalanche danger may be encountered.
