Trails: 30 km (18 miles) of trails are groomed for cross-country skiing at the White Pine Ski Resort. There are also plenty of backcountry terrain nearby and in the Wind River and Gros Ventre Mountain ranges, though Avalanche danger may be encountered. Backcountry skiing is only recommended for experienced backcountry skiers with avalanche training.
